Breeding a good white Daylily has long been the Holy Grail among Hemerocallis aficionados. This classic white Daylily was a breakthrough in the 70's when it was introduced, and it's still one of the best whites available! The list of its attributes is extensive: large flowers 5-6 inches across, creamy white coloring that becomes almost pure white as the day progresses, excellent bud count and branching, and a vigorous habit that allows it to bloom over a long period in early to midsummer, then repeat its bloom in late season (sometimes several times!), especially if given plenty of water and nutrients.
